RETURNS POLICY

Here at Supplement World, we care about your experience and want you, the customer, to always be happy and satisfied. If you are unhappy, please feel free to contact us, and let us resolve any issues. We are here to help.

We offer a 14 Day Return Policy.
Simply return the item to Supplement World unused and in the same original packaging and condition it was received. Be sure to retain and provide proof of purchase when submitting your return request. We are unable to accept items that have been opened and items that are no longer in a condition fit for resale.

Return Exemptions

Food and other perishable goods such as drinks/beverages, Gift Cards are exempt from being returned. Sale or clearance items are ineligible for returns.

Exchanges

We are able replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email admin@suppworld.com.au

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and this is a non-refundable expense. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send notification by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
