What is the recommended dose for Liver Shield by Alpha One Labs?
Take 2 Capsules once per day with meals.
If you are taking this On cycle for liver protection, Keep this product 3 hours either side of your cycle doses.
Do not take TUDCA before binging on alcohol. It will make liver damage worse. Wait 24 hours after alcohol abuse to take TUDCA and it will then help repair the damage.
